Reunion Itinerary

Thursday, 25 July, 2024

• Free day for early arrivers to enjoy their own personal time
• 4 - 9 pm: Early check-in will take place in the SASAA Hospitality Suite (Sign-up for a shift)
• • Receive an itinerary of the weekend’s activities or enjoy your personal free time. Attendees can also download the SASAA mobile app – Wild Apricot Member App - to have our event weekend information available on smartphones.
  • A running list of alumni who have checked-in will be maintained.

• 7 pm - 12 am: Early arrivers will gather in one of the onsite bars for an evening of cocktails, light food and connecting with fellow Brats.

Friday, 26 July, 2024

• Free day for early arrivers to enjoy their own personal time
• 7 - 9 am: Golf (depending on the amount of interest)
• 3 - 4:30 pm: Pool Party in the Cabana Pool
  
• 4 - 6:30 pm: Check-in will take place in the SASAA Hospitality Suite (Sign-up for a shift)
• • Check your itinerary (on the app) or stop by the hospitality suite for a list of the day’s activities, or simply enjoy your own activities.
• 8 pm - 12 am: 'Red & White' Themed Karaoke Night. Come show your spirit, and enjoy some laughter, food, and drinks.

Saturday, 27 July, 2024

• Free day for all to enjoy their own personal time
• 10:30 - 11:30 am: SASAA’s Annual Board Meeting ... EVERYONE IS INVITED. This meeting is a Q&A forum for alumni to ask Board Members-At-Large questions and get a “State of the Association” update.
• 4 - 6 pm: Check-in will take place in the SASAA Hospitality Suite (Sign-up for a shift)
• 6 pm - 12 am: Reunion Social Evening. Join us for our traditional evening of cocktails, formal dinning and dancing.

Sunday, 28 July, 2024

• Free day to enjoy personal time
• 11 am: Check-out and departure for those completing their reunion weekend. Free time for those who will remain in Orlando/at Shingle Creek for an extended time with no SASAA activities scheduled.

“Reunion Advent Ticket Sale” + 2-year Membership:   1-4 December           $290

• Combines the reunion fee and a 2-year membership or membership extension

"Early Bird" Price:   5 December - 31 January                    $275 (no membership included)  

"Regular" Price:   1 February - 1 June                                  $300 (no membership included)  

"Last Chance" Price:   2 June - 15 July                                $325 (no membership included) 

NOTE: Advent, Early Bird, Regular and Last Chance ticket price/purchase includes a 'swag bag' for alumni/faculty. Not included with purchase of Guest tickets.

Refund Policy:

We appreciate your support of SASAA. All reunion registration fees are refundable, per the following guidelines.

• A full refund of your reunion registration fee will be granted thru May 1, 2024
• A partial refund of 50% will be granted thru June 15, 2024
• After June 15, reunion registration fees will be considered non-refundable
