*MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POLICY:

Alumni can become Stuttgart American Schools Alumni Association MEMBERS with the purchase of our annual membership plan: $25 per year, available as auto-renew.

Prior to the expiration of a purchased plan, MEMBERS will receive a notification reminder that current membership is expiring and will automatically renew using the credit card on file. All membership payments made to SASAA are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY:
SASAA may collect personal/private information necessary for official alumni association purposes only. This includes, but is not limited to, alumni communications, event invitations, newsletters, fundraising initiatives, and alumni-related activities. SASAA will not share, sell, or rent personal/private information to any third party or external agency without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel, including the Reunions & Membership Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, President, and Vice President. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy policy or how your personal/private information is handled, please contact us at SAHSSTALLIONSBOARD@GMAIL.COM
